The judges will judge you from the following aspects: Fluency and pronunciation, body language, content, language use and impression. A： In Prepared contest，you have about three minutes to deliver you speech. One thing important is that you’d better give your speech without draft，then，you will face the Impromptu speech, after you choose the question, you have two minutes to prepare, and 2 minutes to answer. A: Well, actually, that’s not all of it. There is still a surprise waiting for you. As we all know, TOEFL is one of the most important step for us to go abroad. We might meet a lot of difficulties in the process of preparation. Thanks to the Chinese and foreign teachers at school who built a solid foundation for the students in English learning. At the same time, we also thank the teachers form outside who give students plenty of skills needed in the test. Thank you all, our dear teachers.

大家晚上好！由龙城教育办主办，龙城街道“兴泰杯呵护童年”幼儿教育演讲比赛活动现在开始。教育家卢梭说：“大自然希望儿童在成人以前，就要像儿童的样子。”中国教育学会副会长朱永新也这样说：“童年不是未来生活的准备期，而是一段独特的、不可再现的生活。”

当今很多家长“望子成龙，望女成凤”，却缺乏对幼儿教育基本规律的。认识，生怕孩子“输在起跑线上”，而一些幼儿园由于功利思想作祟，一味迎合家长的胃口，于是让孩子“抢跑”了――“幼教化”现象十分严重。其结果是孩子“伤”在了起跑线上――很多孩子还未上就开始厌学了。由此可见，成人将自己的规则、愿望强加给儿童，干涉了儿童的自由发展，会耽误孩子一生的幸福。

X: In the first section each of the contestants will have 12 minutes to show themselves,they can show off their skills in singing,dancing or even Kongfu.Please show off everything that makes you shine above the rest.This section the full score is 5.

X: In the second section each of the contestants will have 34 minutes to deliver a prepared speech. The topic for the prepared speech is “20xx” .This section the full score is 10.

X:Each contestant will draw the topic of an impromptu speech 15 minutes before their performances. In the third section each of the finalists will have 2 minutes to deliver an impromptu speech. This section the full score is 5. X: And after that, two question masters in the judging panel will be responsible for raising questions to the contestant according to the prepared speech or the impromptu speech (one question master asks only one question). That will be around two minutes.This section the full score is 5.

X: When the contestant’s time for each part is used up, a staff member will raise a yellow cardboard to remind the contestant of the time. The contestant must stop within 15 seconds, otherwise his or her timing score will be deducted. in the 1st section if the time is less than 1 minutes,or the prepared speech time is less than 3 minutes or the time for questions and answers is less than 1 minute 45 seconds, the contestant’s timing score will be deducted.

X: The judging panel will give scores on the spot. In this round, after 3 contestants finish the speech, the score of the previous 3 contestants will be announced together. After all the finalists finish the speech, the scores of all the speakers will be announced.

X: The places of the contestants will be arranged according to the scores.
